Together, we’ll make sense of how you’re feeling, what’s shaped those feelings and how you can relate to yourself and others with more clarity and care.
This isn’t about ‘fixing’ you, because you’re not broken. It’s about giving yourself space to feel, understand and grow, at your pace.
